Stitchuation: tilly & the Buttons Frankie Tee

So this is my second time making the Frankie tee from Tilly and the Buttons pattern book Stretch. I didn’t do a review when I made the black and white stripe version a couple of years ago (see here). My favorite thing about this shirt is the color block potential. You can really get through a scrap stash with this project.

This version is a size 4, the same size as the first time, but I think I will need to make a full bust adjustment before I make this again. I made no adjustments, and the only modification made was how I finished the top. I used my cover stitch to do the top stitch of the triangle, hem, and collar. The fabric is Telio organic cotton jersey knit ordered on Amazon. This was a quick make. It took two days, but it was only about a 3-hour project from cut to finish. Until next time creative people!
